Customer Service Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Continuum Global Solutions. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and written feedback from US customers for a Retail Healthcare Account.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to the retail store and website.
  2. Provide customers with accurate and helpful responses, ensuring they feel acknowledged, understood, and satisfied.
  3. Utilize tools and resources to enhance product knowledge and assist customers with website navigation.
  4. Exhibit empathy and resolve issues to simplify the customer's retail journey.
  5. Efficiently navigate through various computer programs with accuracy.
  6. Adapt to new call scenarios as business requirements evolve.

Requirements:

  1. Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate.
  2. Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO call center environment (handling phone calls).
  3. Proficient in spoken and written English.
  4. Available to work shifts Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Eastern Time, Saturday & Sunday 8:30am-7pm (45-hour work week).
  5. Professional and positive attitude with excellent telephone etiquette.
  6. Customer-focused approach.
  7. High-speed internet (20 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed).
  8. Noisy and distraction-free workspace.

  1. Total compensation of up to $2,873,750, including a base salary and performance-based variable pay of up to 21%.
