We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a representative of our retail healthcare account, you will provide top-notch support to US-based customers via inbound calls and written communications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and address concerns regarding the retail store and/or website
  • Provide personalized solutions and resolutions to customer feedback or concerns
  • Utilize tools and resources to gain product knowledge and navigate the website
  • Empathize and resolve customer concerns to simplify their retail experience
  • Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Adapt to learn new call types as business needs change

Requirements:

  • 18+ Years Old & High School Graduate
  • 6+ months of BPO call center experience (phone call management required)
  • Advanced English-speaking and written communication
  • Willing to work shifts Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Eastern, Saturday & Sunday 8:30am-7pm (45 hour work week)
  • Professional Positive Attitude & Courteous Telephone Etiquette
  • Customer-focused personality
  • High-speed internet of 20 download speed and 3 upload speed
  • Workspace free of noise and distractions
