Retail Healthcare Customer Care Representative

As a Retail Healthcare Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to US customers through inbound calls, addressing their questions and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls from US customers and address their questions and concerns regarding the retail store and/or website.
- Provide customers with verbal and written correspondence regarding their feedback or concerns, making them feel heard and understood with acknowledgement and resolution.
- Utilize tools and resources effectively to gain product knowledge and navigate the website when assisting customers.
- Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer's retail experience.
- Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
- Adapt to learn new call types when business needs change and flex support in those areas.
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- 18+ years old and high school graduate.
- 6+ months of BPO call center experience (phone call management required).
- Advanced English-speaking and written communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Eastern, Saturday & Sunday 8:30am-7pm (45 hour work week).
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Customer-focused personality.
- High-speed internet of 20 download speed and 3 upload speed.
