Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Key Account Consultant to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. This person will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, increasing renewals and upsells, and expanding Slang implementations.
Responsibilities
- Support initial implementation and onboarding of new accounts
- Track adoption and engagement rates of assigned accounts
- Define a tailored Customer Experience strategy for clients
- Provide consultancy services on best practices for bilingualism among the workforce
- Anticipate customers' requirements and work with other teams to resolve issues
- Help develop new practices and materials to strengthen our Customer Success Program
Requirements
- Undergraduate studies in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 6+ months of relevant experience in commercial areas or customer success implementations
- Creative thinker and problem solver with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and work in a fast-paced environment
