Consumer Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly communicative and proactive Account Manager to join our team at Lenovo. As the primary contact point for Consumer Retail B and Resellers, you will build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best products to meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Building: Establish trust and respect with clients through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Needs Assessment: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain the value of our products.
- Distributor Collaboration: Work with Distributors to fulfill 2nd Tier and Retail B requirements.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to better understand client needs and behavior.
- Account Status Reporting: Prepare reports on account status to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Client Experience Improvement: Enhance the client buyer experience through continuous process improvement.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal departments to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
- Key Account Metrics Tracking: Forecast and track key account metrics to drive business growth.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills, as well as be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
