Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a remote position with a 22-hour workweek, divided across Monday to Sunday.
Schedule
- US Pacific Standard Time: Monday (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM), Thursday and Friday (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
- Monday to Sunday: Saturday and Sunday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and Tuesday to Monday (1:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
The primary role of the Customer Support Representative is to:
- Respond to inbound calls to book in cleaning appointments
- Send quotations based on services to be availed
- Provide pricing and explain the coverage of the services offered
- Arrange bookings
- Send invoices using tools such as Excel, Google Drive, Square, Jobber, and Justcall phone system
Requirements
- Must have experience in rental properties or cleaning services customer support
- Excellent communication skills - verbal
- High attention to detail
- Experience working in customer service
