Marketing Manager, Colombia

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing on-the-ground marketing campaigns to drive signups, grow community, increase brand awareness, and elevate the user verification experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing roadmaps that capture locally important insights and tangible go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with Market Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Worldcoin's post-expansion strategy.
- Connect global and local efforts by aligning global visions with local marketing campaigns and identifying findings from regional teams to advise global strategies.
- Organize and manage community events to shape the local voice of the project, working closely with Community Specialists.
- Maintain the Worldcoin creative standard and strategic integrity in every execution.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing/creative strategy, strategic consulting, business development, corporate strategy, or related fields.
- Proven track record of achievement in a fast-growing tech space or high-end consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of local culture, communities, and the best ways to reach them.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
