We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Colombia S.A.S. - E40. As a key member of our Partner Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing programs to support the growth objectives of our partner business in North and South of Latin America.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver Marketing Programs: Own a core set of marketing programs with responsibility for building the program strategy to scale across the region, generating partner-originated opportunities.
- Partner Collaboration: Work directly with strategic partners to build and execute joint marketing plans to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers, and deliver growth in revenue from AWS services.
- Program Localization: Localize and execute global partner marketing programs and campaigns in the region.
- Agency Management: Manage local partner marketing agency resources to deliver partner marketing programs to the partner ecosystem at scale.
- MDF Management: Monitor and support partner utilization of MDF and enable appropriate spend of MDF on marketing initiatives, including being an expert resource on process, guidelines, and options for partners.
- Communication and Alignment: Constantly seek to improve upon communications to partners so that partners are aware of the full scope of marketing resources and support that AWS has to offer. Act as the primary marketing contact for the Partner (sales) Team in NOLA/SOLA, including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings, and planning sessions.
- Interlock and Alignment: Drive interlock and alignment with the Field Marketing team to ensure that Partner Marketing programs amplify the AWS marketing priorities in country.
- Experience: 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
- Skills: Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables). Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages.
