Job Title: Shopper & Catman Marketing Manager LATAM

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious professional to join our team as a Shopper & Catman Marketing Manager LATAM. This role will be responsible for defining the strategy, prioritizing opportunities for the entire ecommerce environment, and providing expertise and guidance related to sustainable retailing into the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and control shopper marketing initiatives across Latam through insights to create and execute marketing stimuli along the path to purchase that engages the shopper.
  • Lead, develop, and influence the execution of CatMan initiatives for Wet Shave / Schick & Sun Care (Priority N°1) our main retailers across LatAm.
  • Develop and monitor execution of Category Management Strategy/ Plans/ Programs across Region.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of professional experience in Shopper Marketing or Customer Marketing & Catman.
  • Experience in mass consumption / personal care (FMCG) companies.
  • Conversational business English.
  • Nielsen Management.
