About the Role: As an Institutional Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate account openings. You will be responsible for managing daily account opening and maintenance processing, including pended and service-related activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer interaction and documentation issuance, review, and system setups
  • Day-to-day management of account opening and maintenance processing, ensuring clear definition of account opening requirements
  • Timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions, as well as superior customer service and issue resolution
  • Performing cross-functional relationships with various teams, determining new work procedures, and analyzing complex issues
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service to customers through meeting or exceeding customer expectations guided by service level agreements and efficiency/accuracy standards
  • Maintaining close working relationships with clients and team members, facilitating open and direct communication of issues, needs, queries, etc.
  • Embarking on continuous on-the-job training for end-to-end product knowledge and understanding client requirements and implementing them correctly
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and service levels, driving process changes, and providing innovative solutions to clients
  • Establishing a strong and robust processing environment with effective controls and maintaining a strong culture of risk and controls within the team

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, and related cash products preferred
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player, but also able to work independently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, high-risk environment
  • Capable of prioritizing and eager to learn multiple products in a challenging environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
