Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic management of social media, event marketing, and campaigns that reflect our mission and brand.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts.
  • Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including marketing automation, CMS, email signatures, and intranet sites.
  • Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand, researching trends and informing management of changes relevant to our marketing activities.
  • Maintain email marketing best practices and lead efforts in our monthly newsletter and other email marketing projects.
  • Manage corporate associations memberships and relationships, supervising the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments, vendors, contractors, and freelancers.
  • Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management software, good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.
