We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Pharmacy Channel sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, shopper marketing, and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market share in the pharmacy channel.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement channel strategies that drive business results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, shopper marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills.
