About the RoleAs a Paid Advertising Strategist, you will own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business. You will work closely with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of your service within the broader media mix.
Responsibilities- Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms.
- Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Bing Ads.
- Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels; facilitating production with Specialists on teams where applicable.
- Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals.
- Manage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on your expertise.
- Effectively own strategic communication internally for client teams.
- Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; facilitating tactical needs with Specialist where applicable.
- Weekly client progress recaps, outlining performance insights and future recommendations.
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience. 1-2 years in agency setting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing; specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing.
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media's place in the funnel.
