Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Email Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for defining and driving email marketing strategy for our clients, managing daily operations of the email marketing channel, and building and managing automated email marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand recognition
  • Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel, including marketing calendar, strategy, and content
  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients, ensuring end-to-end tracking and proper measurement
  • Use data to continuously test, measure, and optimize email marketing programs
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with other internal digital channels
  • Deliver reporting metrics, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management
  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, with a deep understanding of A/B testing practices
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
  • SMS experience
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy, and design approaches
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations
