Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Named Account Executive to join our team in Peru. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of our CORE products within a set of named LATAM accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product support and sales engineering, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Participate in team-building and company-growth activities, including strategy setting, sales training, and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales and/or lead qualification experience, including outbound prospecting.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.
- Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence is a plus.
