Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Named Account Executive to join our team in Peru. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of our CORE products within a set of named LATAM accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute account sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product support and sales engineering, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Participate in team-building and company-growth activities, including strategy setting, sales training, and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  1. 7+ years of sales and/or lead qualification experience, including outbound prospecting.
  2. Proficient in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Proven track record of consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.
  4. Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence is a plus.
