Drive Digital Growth in LATAM

We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Our team is looking for a skilled sales professional to drive the high growth of digital products within a set of named LATAM accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement account sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  2. Build and lead a sales pipeline, assessing new sales potential and moving transactions through the sales cycle.
  3. Run and supervise customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
  4. Coordinate with product support and sales engineering teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  5. Nurture and expand relationships within customer accounts to drive long-term growth.
  6. Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
  7. Stay ahead of competition, driven issues, and products to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Practice effective communication with management, customers, and support staff.
  9. Participate in team-building and company-growth activities, including strategy setting, sales training, and marketing efforts.
  10. Travel to customer locations to support sales efforts.
Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of sales and/or lead qualification experience, including outbound prospecting.
  2. Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Desire to bring new customers into the CRM franchise and increase revenue.
  4. Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory in Argentina/BsA.
  5. Experience with building, developing, and growing channel life cycles.
  6. Technical savvy, with experience in analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence.
  7. Ability to identify and recruit top talent to join the Salesforce team.
