Prime Named Account Executive

We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Our team is looking for a skilled sales professional to drive the high growth of digital products within a set of named LATAM accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement account sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Build and lead a sales pipeline, assessing new sales potential and moving transactions through the sales cycle.
- Run and supervise customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
- Coordinate with product support and sales engineering teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Nurture and expand relationships within customer accounts to drive long-term growth.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
- Stay ahead of competition, driven issues, and products to maintain a competitive edge.
- Practice effective communication with management, customers, and support staff.
- Participate in team-building and company-growth activities, including strategy setting, sales training, and marketing efforts.
- Travel to customer locations to support sales efforts.
- 7+ years of sales and/or lead qualification experience, including outbound prospecting.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire to bring new customers into the CRM franchise and increase revenue.
- Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory in Argentina/BsA.
- Experience with building, developing, and growing channel life cycles.
- Technical savvy, with experience in analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence.
- Ability to identify and recruit top talent to join the Salesforce team.
