The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and contributing to our mission of revolutionizing the real estate industry.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Prospecting for seller leads and converting them into appointments through proactive outreach via phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Nurturing leads through regular follow-ups until appointments are successfully arranged.
- Cultivating enduring relationships with homeowners by offering tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
- Gathering comprehensive information from prospects to ensure they meet the criteria to progress through the sales pipeline for an efficient process led by the acquisition team.
- Maintaining and optimizing our state-of-the-art CRM system to ensure organized and up-to-date information on all leads.
- Efficiently overseeing lead lists for optimal management and organization.
- Actively engaging in sales team meetings and scheduled training sessions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing, along with strong phone etiquette and rapport-building skills.
- Proven ability to set and finalize appointments over the phone, coupled with a willingness to invest the majority of the workday in phone-related activities.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record.
- Prior experience in relevant real estate roles, especially with 1+ year of tenure, is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
- A passion for real estate sales and a goal-oriented personality.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Self-motivation and ability to maintain performance without supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Reliability and consistent performance.
