Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive - Hunter who will work closely with our leading product, Proppit (B2B SaaS platform). As a key member of our Colombia team, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with professional real estate agents and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Expansion of Client Portfolio: Grow our client base and increase revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by driving new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Product Demonstration: Showcase the value and benefits of Proppit to potential clients, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Cycle Management: Interact and negotiate with key decision-makers to drive sales forward.
  • Opportunity Tracking: Utilize HubSpot (our CRM tool) to monitor all leads and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the SaaS or digital industry.
  • Sales Success Stories: A history of successful sales and client management in mid-market and enterprise settings.
  • CMS Proficiency: Advanced skills in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, as well as MS Office Suite.
  • Communication Expertise: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a high level of motivation and focus on objectives.
