We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for native or near native English speakers for a full-time position as Real Estate Lead Managers / Appointment Setters.

Your job is to cold-call leads, build rapport with the seller, establish and nurture a relationship between our company and the seller, collect property information and set up an appropriate time for the Acquisitions Specialists to call.

People in this position are key players in the growth and success of our business, so we will provide the tools, training, and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best.

Experience in this field is not necessary. We are looking for experienced Sales Reps, Cold Callers and Call Center Agents. Any experience in real estate is preferred but not necessary.

Continuous training will be provided to help you reach your goals and grow within our organization.

This is a highly rewarding position for candidates with go-getter attitudes.

There is a Base Salary + Bonuses.

Earning potential is uncapped.

Compensation: Base Salary $700-$1000 USD - DOE.

Schedules range between 40-48 hours per week, this can be negotiated as per your availability.

Tasks
  • Cold Call a minimum of 150 leads per day
  • Book a minimum of 5 appointments per day
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and collect property information
  • Fill out submission forms as per company operational procedures.
  • Post your deals to slack and communicate with Acquisition Specialists
  • Accurately document your progress and leads
Requirements
  • A great attitude and a positive mindset are a must
  • A competitive, confident, perseverant, and persuasive personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational and Time-Management skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Public Relations, or Negotiation Roles
  • Basic understanding and/or willingness to learn and adapt to the U.S. Real Estate Market
  • Degree in Sales, Business Admin or Real Estate is a plus
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
  • Familiarity and experience with American Culture is a big plus
  • Type A personalities excel in this position
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Core i5, 8gbs of Ram, and reliable high-speed internet connection. (20mbs down, 5mbps up is the minimum)
