Role Overview

In the position of Payments Assistant (Refunds), you will be tasked with accurately and promptly processing reimbursement requests from our merchants across the Latam region (7 countries), adhering to the established protocols for each nation. You will provide support across various processes within the payments team.

Key Responsibilities

Process refunds to merchants through designated networks, ensuring compliance with defined service level agreements (SLAs). Develop and maintain management indicators. Manage tickets submitted by merchants and internal customers. Assist with Merchant Payment processes. Create discretionary transactions. Other related tasks as required.

Qualifications for Success

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in financial institutions (such as banks) and customer service. Experience with payment platforms, electronic payments, or fintech is preferred. Educational background in business administration (beyond the 4th semester), accounting, industrial engineering, or related fields. Over one year of experience as a customer service assistant in banking. Proficiency in intermediate Excel. Optional: Familiarity with SQL queries.
