Role Overview

In the position of Payments Assistant (Refunds), you will be tasked with the accurate and timely execution of reimbursement requests from our merchants across the Latin American region (7 countries), adhering to the specific protocols established for each country. You will provide support across various processes within the payments team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the refund process for merchants through the designated networks, ensuring compliance with established SLAs. Develop and maintain management indicators. Handle ticket requests from both merchants and internal customers. Assist with Merchant Payment processes. Facilitate the creation of discretionary movements. Perform additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications for Success

A minimum of one (1) year of experience in financial institutions (banks) and customer service roles. Experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, or fintech is preferred. Educational background in business administration (at least beyond the 4th semester), accounting, industrial engineering, or related fields. Over one year of experience as a customer service assistant in banking environments. Proficiency in intermediate Excel skills. Optional: Familiarity with SQL queries.
