In the position of Payments Assistant (Refunds), you will be tasked with the accurate and timely processing of reimbursement requests from our merchants across seven countries in Latin America, adhering to the established protocols for each region. You will also provide support for various processes within the payments team.Key Responsibilities
Manage the refund process for merchants through designated networks, ensuring compliance with defined service level agreements (SLAs). Develop and maintain management indicators. Handle ticket requests from merchants and internal customers. Assist with Merchant Payment processes. Create discretionary movements as required. Additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications for Success
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in financial institutions (such as banks) and customer service roles. Experience with payment platforms, electronic payments, or fintech is preferred. Educational background in business administration (beyond the 4th semester), accounting, industrial engineering, or related fields. Over one year of experience as a customer service assistant in banking. Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level. Optional: Familiarity with SQL queries.
