Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Sutton Funding in New York City.

Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this position is USD 1,000 per month, with uncapped commissions based on revenue generated. You will also receive comprehensive one-week fully paid sales training program, birthday paid day off, weekends off, biweekly payments, opportunities for professional growth, health and transportation stipend after completing a 2-month trial period, 15 days of PTO per year, and national US holidays.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the company's financial growth.

Requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1)
  • Full-time availability, this is a 100% in-office position in Bogotá, COL (Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Fridays 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
  • Commitment to achieving goals and continuous skill development
  • Fund a minimum of two deals per month
