We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sana Commerce. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our users receive top-notch support.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for interacting with customers through multiple channels, including chats, emails, and calls, to resolve their queries and provide solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, using your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, communicating clearly and concisely to ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
