- Provide strategic direction to the marketing and promotional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to establish a strong, efficient, and sustainable performance culture.
- Develop and implement plans to build strong partnerships with local and global cross-functional partners.
- Drive multidisciplinary teams to achieve strong execution metrics, leading to customer and patient impact.
- Propose and implement structure and operation models to enhance delivery and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in management and leadership, including sales and marketing, within the biopharmaceutical industry in Specialty, Oncology, and Hematology business.
- 5+ years' experience in leadership roles within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Colombian Healthcare systems.
- Specialty market development experience creating new market opportunities.
- Proven ability and credibility to influence change at the enterprise level to secure resources needed to build and support a new business capability.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in leading and embedding cultural change at the enterprise level.
- High ability to lead, role-modeling capabilities to deliver cross-functional projects within high complexity environments.
- Strong business and financial acumen, as well as a risk management mindset.
- MSc in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Strong project management skills.
