Job Title: Business Development Director
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our growth strategy in the Andean region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth plans, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth plans to drive revenue and profitability in the Andean region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and success.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Native Spanish and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
