Security Operations Coordinator

Job Overview:
The Security Operations Coordinator, designated for a specific client, will oversee the formulation of comprehensive security initiatives, personnel management, contractor oversight, and consultant engagement. This role entails the strategic assessment of security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, ensuring the safeguarding of the client's workforce, assets, property, products, and brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold Pinkerton's foundational values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Direct the execution of security risk evaluations (Security 360°) at designated locations. Supervise the creation and prompt distribution of regional security performance reports for the Leadership Team and Corporate Security, utilizing these reports to guide discussions with key stakeholders regarding security challenges and initiatives as necessary. Facilitate the implementation of the Security Awareness Program within the Region in partnership with the client. Lead incident response efforts and associated investigations in close collaboration with the client. Offer security guidance and support for significant events within the region. Contribute to enhancing the regional organization through proactive and impactful risk-based intelligence communication. Advise sites on Security Risk Management and the execution of Security Improvement Plans. Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Security, Law, Administration, Logistics, or a related field (CPP, PSP certifications are advantageous). A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in Security/FM within the private sector. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Required Skills:
Capable of developing and recommending policies and initiatives tailored to client requirements. Proficient in organizing and executing various client-specific programs efficiently, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, alongside strong coordination skills. Strong client service orientation. Ability to assess and propose modifications in intelligence operations methodologies. Demonstrated analytical skills; capable of synthesizing raw data from multiple sources into a comprehensive final product. Proficient in identifying and resolving complex issues. Exceptional time and stress management capabilities. Able to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision, even in challenging situations. Competent in presenting and defending intelligence positions to diverse audiences, including staff and board members. Effective interaction at all organizational levels and across cultural and language barriers. Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.Working Environment:

Manual dexterity is necessary for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
