Job Summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Brasil is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Global Director of Network Strategy and Center Operations. This position is pivotal in shaping and executing the strategy for our Global Services (GS) location strategy while leading impactful projects that drive operational excellence in our Centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evolution of the GS Network Strategy with a strong sourcing strategy (insource/outsource)
  • Lead ongoing run state governance with the GS Operating Board for movement of new work and existing work across our captive locations or BPOs globally
  • Global leadership of our day to day operations of our captive capability centers ensuring a strong and sustainable business continuity management for GS and our BPO partners that serve us

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • 10-12 years of experience in Operations with at least 4 years in a people management role
  • Global experience preferred
