Job Title: Global Experience Center Director

About the Role:

The Global Experience Center Director will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Regional Experience Center teams located in Manila, Prague, and Bogota. This role requires a strategic, innovative, and digital-first mentality, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Attract, develop, and retain a diverse and competent team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement aligned with organizational values.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision: Provide strategic direction and coaching to managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with Global Services priorities.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational effectiveness through the optimization of processes, resource allocation, and the establishment of service level agreements to measure team performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal partners to align strategies, enhance customer experience, and ensure smooth operations through effective communication and engagement.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the planning and execution of critical initiatives for the Ask GS Experience Center, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • External Relations and Benchmarking: Maintain relationships and conduct benchmarking to adapt to the changing environment and promote feedback-driven improvements within the team.
