Business Development Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Account Executive to join our team at Outplex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels, including LinkedIn and email.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
- Utilize research skills to identify key decision-makers and tailor messaging to effectively engage prospects.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Outplex's products and services to effectively communicate value to prospects.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting and sales growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
