As an Operations Specialist in our Administration team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes while supporting client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate data records and perform data entry tasks.
  • Aggregate and organize data.
  • Manage general administration tasks, including correspondence with FO members.
  • Manage filing systems for internal and external investment trackers.
  • Handle client-facing administrative tasks and communications.
  • Assist in compliance tracking and monthly reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.
  • Manage and update client databases and contact lists.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communication materials.
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing monthly reports and presentations.
Requirements:
  • English Level: C1.
  • Keen attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Well-organized with effective time management skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible in dynamic work environments.
  • Proactive in learning new skills and acquiring knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Excel, capable of handling moderate-level tasks.
  • Skilled in data analysis, able to interpret and present data effectively.
