This position is fully remote.

Role Overview for Real Estate Operations Coordinator
Schedule: 4pm to 8pm PST - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage utility account oversight, including account transitions, payment processing, and troubleshooting service challenges.
  • Oversee the rent collection system and ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.
  • Facilitate property upkeep and repairs, acting as a liaison between tenants and service providers.
  • Enhance tenant communication and follow-up for property tours.
  • Handle administrative duties related to property oversight.
  • Support property showings and tenant interactions as required.
  • Employ property management software for effective task management and reporting.
  • Proactively identify and address operational challenges to enhance overall effectiveness.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in property management or a related sector.
  • Proficient in property management software applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Self-driven with outstanding time management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of utility management procedures.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to assist with weekend responsibilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Customer service-focused mindset with an emphasis on tenant satisfaction.
