This is a remote position.

Job Overview for Real Estate Administrative Coordinator
Schedule: 4pm to 8pm PST - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage utility account operations, including transfers, payments, and troubleshooting service issues.
  • Oversee rent collection procedures and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Coordinate property upkeep and repairs, acting as a liaison between tenants and service providers.
  • Enhance tenant communication and follow-up for property viewings.
  • Perform administrative duties related to property oversight.
  • Assist in property showings and tenant interactions as required.
  • Utilize property management software for effective task management and reporting.
  • Proactively identify and address operational challenges to enhance overall efficiency.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proficient in property management software platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Self-driven with excellent time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with utility management processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to assist with weekend tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
