Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Investor Advisor to cultivate new connections with investors and funds while enhancing current partnerships within the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate should possess 1-3 years of experience in sales, transactions, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue potential buyer leads, transforming leads into contracts and finalized transactions.
  • Offer expert guidance to investors and funds regarding their real estate requirements.
  • Tasked with recognizing, reaching out to, and securing meetings with buyers, while ensuring consistent follow-up until the transaction is completed.
  • Assess feedback and adjust pricing strategies as necessary.
  • Negotiate effectively with both sellers and buyers.
  • Engage with clients to guarantee fiduciary responsibilities throughout the real estate transaction process, from initial contact to contract closure.

Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in the real estate industry and sales.
  • Proven track record in building and sustaining relationships with investors and funds.
  • Experience in negotiating and finalizing deals.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related discipline may be required.
  • Additional certifications or coursework in investor relations, sales, or real estate are preferred.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing investor and fund relationships and sales leads (experience with ZOHO is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Gsuite applications.
