Real Estate Administrative Coordinator

This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Role Overview for Real Estate Administrative CoordinatorSchedule: 4pm to 8pm PST - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage utility account operations, including transitions, payment processing, and addressing service concerns.
- Oversee rent collection procedures and follow up on overdue payments.
- Coordinate property upkeep and repairs, acting as a liaison between tenants and service providers.
- Enhance tenant communication and follow-up for property showings.
- Perform administrative duties related to property oversight.
- Assist in property tours and tenant interactions as required.
- Utilize property management software for effective task management and reporting.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a related sector.
- Proficient in property management software applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset towards tasks.
- Self-driven with excellent time management capabilities.
- Familiarity with utility management protocols.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Willingness to assist with weekend responsibilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Customer service-focused approach with an emphasis on tenant satisfaction.
