Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition and Sales Associate to join our team at Outwork Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts and recruiting top talent for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support (60%):
    • Accompany the CEO on sales calls to provide insights and support in securing new clients.
    • Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials.
    • Follow up with potential clients and manage client relationships.
  • Talent Recruitment (40%):
    • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent for VA roles.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
    • Work closely with the CEO and other team members to understand client needs and recruitment requirements.
    • Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Selling Experience
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on client satisfaction, understanding the importance of building long-term relationships.
  • Results-Driven Attitude: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Being able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
