Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
  • Resolving complex issues and concerns through active listening and problem-solving skills;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and issues;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
