About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Accounts Manager to join our team at Room4 Media. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and leading a small team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
    • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and align our services to achieve their goals.
    • Address client concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Proposal Development & Upselling:
    • Create and present compelling proposals to potential clients that showcase our agency's capabilities.
    • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and propose suitable solutions.
    • Lead and coordinate RFP (Request For Proposal) processes, from inception to delivery.
  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing, advertising, and martech to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
    • Oversee the implementation of client marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines are met, and objectives are achieved.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead the marketing accounts team, providing mentorship, training, and support.
    • Facilitate collaboration between the accounts team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Regularly review campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
    • Monitor team performance, ensuring that client expectations and targets are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and conversational).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms and techniques.
  • Familiarity with various martech tools and solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and client relationships.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a small team, fostering a collaborative environment.
