About the Role

Sagan is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our online presence across various digital channels. This role involves managing social media accounts, tracking website performance, and overseeing online advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve our company's objectives and drive growth.
  • Manage social media accounts and oversee online advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on website performance and digital campaign effectiveness to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, and digital ads to resonate with our target audience.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all digital platforms to maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Utilize data and insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage budget allocation for digital campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing management.
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing and digital advertising, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and software (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush).
  • Basic skills in content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent creative, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities, with strong communication and organizational skills.
