About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team at Mobomo, LLC. As a Proposal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing high-quality technical proposals that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development: Develop clear, concise, and compelling technical responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Proposal Writing and Editing: Ensure all written materials meet accuracy, consistency, and compliance standards. Conduct and participate in peer reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance the quality of proposal documents.
  • Proposal Research and Analysis: Analyze proposal requirements, develop outlines, and coordinate effectively with technical and management teams to gather essential information.
  • Proposal Management: Manage multiple proposal projects concurrently, balancing deadlines and prioritizing tasks to meet submission timelines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with subject matter experts, program managers, and stakeholders to articulate our value proposition and ensure compliance with customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Proposal Manager, Proposal Writer, or Capture Manager in the IT or software development industry supporting Fed/Civ and or DoD responses.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, IT industry standards, and technical concepts. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in using documentation and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Confluence.
