About the Role

Hexagon PPM is seeking a seasoned Sales Senior Manager to lead our South America Region. As a key member of our Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving consistent quarterly region quotas.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, while maintaining successful relationships with internal support organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management

  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, Pulp & Paper, and Discrete manufacturing industries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in these industries.
  • Map business needs to products and solutions, and communicate the value proposition to customers.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Have in-depth knowledge of ALI software and solutions, and be able to explain their business value to customers.
  • Familiarity with competitor's solutions and the ability to differentiate Hexagon PPM's offerings.

Education and Experience

  • Hold an Engineering or Business Administration degree.
  • Have relevant industry experience in a sales or technical pre-sales role, preferably with consulting experience.
  • Have a strong understanding of CAPEX project development and OPEX industry investments.

Additional Qualifications

  • Be able to discuss product capabilities and explain the business value of solutions.
  • Represent Hexagon PPM with integrity and professionalism, acting as an agent of the company.
  • Develop rapport with customers for the long term.
  • Diligently use the corporate sales CRM system.
  • Be highly data-driven with strong fact-based decision-making skills.
  • Have experience with distributed people leadership and management.
  • Have strong business and financial acumen and analysis skills.
  • Be available to travel 50%.
