About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at City Storage Systems. As a Product Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with our software development team to create and maintain a published product roadmap, ensuring clarity on key objectives and project scope.
  • Issue Triage and Resource Allocation: Assist in the assignment and planning of resources for product maintenance, flagging patterns that could turn into new feature development.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with teams to manage project health, scope, and facilitate feedback sessions, capturing customer experience and bringing insights to the product development team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish systems for stakeholders and teams to provide visibility into project workflow, delivery tracking, and product documentation.
  • Enablement and Training: Facilitate and lead enablement sessions with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience handling a software product or service.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Advanced level of English required for written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, with constant interaction with managers and coworkers.
  • Attention to detail, proven organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to instill trust and influence.
