Our Colombia team is seeking a motivated Sales Executive - Business Developer who will work with one of our flagship products, Proppit, a B2B SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new relationships with professional real estate agents and agencies through prospecting and client acquisition.
- Expand the company's client portfolio and increase the volume of businesses created.
- Exceed monthly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio.
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology.
- Interact and negotiate with key decision-makers of the client's business in a complex sales cycle.
- Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot, our CRM tool.
- Adapt to the overall sales strategy defined by the company.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales, preferably within a SaaS or digital business.
- Track record of successful selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with high orientation to achieving objectives.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar will be a plus.
- Native level of Spanish and professional level of English will be a plus.
