- Lead the technical relationship with our retail partners, driving their development and growth.
- Analyze data to identify and quantify sustainable opportunities for business growth.
- Apply critical thinking to communicate issues directly with our retail partners and inform them about catalog and operations decisions.
- Create and execute a roadmap for improving integrations with our retail partners.
- Conduct proactive checks to ensure the stability of our integrations.
- Identify and resolve issues with our integrations.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership experience in projects and process improvement with limited resources.
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
- Prioritization, urgency sense, and dependency management skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Teamwork and proactivity.
- Effective communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with contemporary programming languages, such as JavaScript or Python.
- Ability to create scripts for data manipulation using Python and SQL.
- Internet technologies, HTTP, JavaScript, REST, API, JSON, OAuth, Postman, Swagger, Snowflake.
- Office software (Excel and Google Sheets desired), SQL, database analysis.
- DevOps skills.
- Experience with systems integration.
- Experience with cloud services.
- Knowledge in Power BI or other analytics tools.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Engineers, business administrators, and related bachelor's or equivalent experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- Portuguese is a plus.
