Technical Support Specialist

As a Support & Maintenance Engineer, you'll be part of our team that ensures our applications run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing case loads, diagnosing and solving technical issues, and collaborating with other teams to improve customer satisfaction. You'll work with various technologies, including Windows, Linux, databases, and web services. To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in support roles. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. This is a hybrid role based in Bogotá, Colombia, with opportunities for international travel within Latam.
Key Responsibilities- Manage case loads and diagnose technical issues
