Business Development Lead Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Generate New Business Ideas: Develop and assess new business opportunities that align with our company's strategy and goals.
- Conduct Market Research: Engage with internal and external entities to stay informed about current and emerging business trends.
- Develop Business Plans: Create comprehensive business plans and financial models to support new business opportunities.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to develop business plans and execute new business opportunities.
- Enhance Business Origination Process: Continuously review and improve the business origination process to ensure best practices are implemented.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or its equivalent, with an MBA or its equivalent.
- Experience: 10 years of relevant experience with exposure to multiple industries, or 15 years of relevant experience without an MBA or professional certification.
- Industry Experience: Broad industry experience, including oil and gas, technology, professional services, real estate, and infrastructure.
- Skills: Strong finance background, including experience in financial valuations and modeling, as well as a strong analytical ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights.
- Monthly Base Salary: Aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- Monthly Overbase: 25% of monthly base salary.
- Benefits Supplement: 20% of monthly base salary, increasing to 25% after 3 years, 30% after 6 years, and 35% after 12 years.
- Severance Package: 2 weeks' pay for each year of service, increasing to 4 weeks' pay after 6 years.
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP): Eligible after 12 months of service, with a maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay.
- Incentive Plan: Annual, based on performance, approximately 1.8x monthly base salary.
- Travel Allowance: Annual, approximately $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old.
- Vacation & Paid Holidays: 38 vacation days, 4 travel days, and 11-13 paid holidays.
- Medical/Dental Plan: Complimentary in-Kingdom Johns Hopkins medical care/facilities for employee and eligible family members.
- Educational Assistance Plan (EAP): Out-of-Kingdom assistance: 90% of expenses with a maximum per child, lesser of 5x monthly base salary or the company max ($48.5K), plus 3 round-trip economy air travel tickets.
- Settling in Allowance: One-time payment, Family Status - 100% of monthly base salary, Single/Bachelor Status - 60% of monthly base salary.
