Director of Food and Beverage Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join our team at Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of food and beverage professionals, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and other support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Food and Beverage Operations
- Oversee the planning, preparation, and presentation of all food and beverage offerings, including menus, wine lists, and beverage programs.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage products, presentation, and service standards are consistently met.
- Business Development and Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve profitability, and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Marketing and Branding
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the food and beverage offerings and enhance the brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions.
- Financial Management
- Manage food and beverage budgets, including labor, inventory, and operating expenses.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in food and beverage management, with a focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
