Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Director - Latin America to lead our recruiting operations in Colombia, driving business growth through innovative solutions and exceptional client service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all recruiting operations capabilities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination functions.
  • Work with the Client Services Director to develop recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights and drive decision-making.
  • Provide leadership, inspiration, and coaching to the recruiting team.
  • Establish regular communications with the recruitment team, including 1-1 meetings, team meetings with established agendas, or other regular touchpoints.
  • Drive the team to develop comprehensive, strategic hiring strategies, including passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing plans, and utilization of cutting-edge recruitment technologies.
Client Relationships:
  • Showcase an extremely high level of understanding and become fully engrained in the client organization, including relationships with key stakeholders and organizational structure.
  • Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementation of new clients.
  • Work with the Client Services Director to ensure execution of Strategic Account Plans in partnership with client HR and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of five or more years' results-oriented leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Experience leading both virtual and on-site teams in a corporate talent acquisition function either in-house or in an RPO environment.
  • Must be fluent in Portuguese and English; trilingual proficiency in Spanish highly preferred.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per yearLocation: Remote for candidates based in Colombia only. Travel to Bogotá or Cali when required.
