Recruitment Operations Manager

About the Role:
The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing volume recruitment operations and ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
As a key member of the recruitment team, you will assist in the implementation of site recruitment strategies, monitor results, and evaluate them against set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach the recruitment team, directing and supporting their professional development, driving performance to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement action plans to ensure the attainment of recruitment targets, overseeing full-cycle recruitment procedures.
- Perform requisition load balancing to ensure manpower requirements are equitably distributed amongst recruiters.
- Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with recruiters.
- Develop creative recruitment solutions to address staffing requirements.
- Design, revise, and enhance recruitment tools and templates, as well as develop online processes for recruitment.
- Manage executive and hiring department leadership by recommending new concepts and providing advice.
- Collaborate with other departments involved in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain a network of contacts with vendors and community organizations and participate in internal and external recruitment activities.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience supervising volume recruitment operations.
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and database management skills.
- Customer service orientation.
