About You
We're looking for a highly organized and experienced Recruitment Operations Specialist with a strong background in IT industry recruitment, supplier management, or a related field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating supplier information, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update supplier information in databases and tools.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with suppliers and internal team members.
- Assist with collecting supplier onboarding information for new resources.
- Perform general administrative duties such as updating documentation and communication related to supplier operations.
- Assist in preparing documentation related to supplier performance and compliance.
- Update supplier information and internal customer feedback in Asana and other reporting tools.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiting role, ideally in supplier management.
- Experience or knowledge of the IT industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
